The project objective was to improve productivity by 20% through:

·       the implementation of 5S

·       changing of the layout to create flow

·       developing of process metrics for production

During the lean assignment the implementation of the above Lean systems and practices was integrated fully into their management system and it has become the way they do business. Subsequently this has resulted so far in a productivity increase of 82% and cost savings of €76k.
